Let me set spending limits per category, not just overall
An overall card limit does not help with budgeting. Being able to cap "eating out" or "subscriptions" specifically would make it much easier to stick to a budget.

Let me set "no substitutions" once on my profile
Having to flag this on every single order is easy to forget. A one-off account setting would prevent unwanted substitutions being sent by mistake.
