Adopt zero tolerance approach to petty crime and shoplifting

Please adopt a zero-tolerance approach to petty crime, including shoplifting. This growing problem is undermining our communities, and if we want a content, constructive and purposeful society, we need consistent enforcement against this kind of abhorrent behaviour.
